Please find below important information regarding registration for the canteen and after-school care services for the upcoming school year.

We would like to remind you that all extracurricular services, including the canteen and after-school care, are administered and fully managed by our school.

1. Pre-Registration Form for the Maple Bear Rabat Canteen Service 2024-2025

This form allows you to pre-register your child(ren) for the canteen service at Maple Bear Rabat.

Key Points to Note:

• ALL FAMILIES WHO WISH TO USE THE CANTEEN SERVICE MUST PRE-REGISTER to ensure a seat is available for their child(ren).

Please note that this form is only for pre-registration. Final registration will be completed after:

• Validation and confirmation by the canteen committee
• Payment to service providers
• Signing of the canteen’s internal rules and regulations

Pre-registrations will be open online from June 26 to July 5, 2024. After this period, no further requests will be processed until the canteen service begins and enrolled students are settled.

The canteen service will officially start one week after the school year begins, on September 9, 2024.

Important Reminders:

• Any preschool student (PS) registered for the canteen service must be fully toilet trained.
• The school canteen does not offer personalized menus for students with food allergies.
• All students must adhere to the canteen’s behavioral guidelines, which include respecting staff, peers, facilities, equipment, and safety instructions.

Non-compliance with the rules may result in warnings issued by the canteen committee and could lead to exclusion from the canteen service.
